• Collect actual information and data, terrain characteristics, wind direction and access routes at the installation site;
• Prepare technical drawings and the overall site layout;
• Carry out calculations and propose the wastewater treatment technology;
• Send the quotation to the project owner;
• If the project owner agrees, sign the contract and proceed with ordering and fabricating equipment;
• Survey the project site before delivering equipment;
• Assemble and transport equipment to the site, then construct and install the wastewater treatment system;
• Complete installation, acceptance, handover and user training. 

2. Wastewater treatment system operating procedure

To operate a wastewater treatment system, Hop Nhat applies the following procedure:

• Check the operating status of the entire system, including mixers, submersible wastewater pumps, sludge pumps, chemical dosing pumps, timers and flow meters.
• Check the open/closed valves of the equipment.
• Check the condition and concentration of the wastewater.
• Check the chemical tanks.
• Check and prepare chemical dosages.
• Check sludge levels for treatment every 6 months to ensure the wastewater is treated in a timely manner.

3. Wastewater treatment system maintenance procedure

Damaged machinery and equipment, frequent breakdowns and technical faults are the main reasons a system’s performance declines and falls short of expectations. Maintenance of the wastewater treatment system is therefore essential to prevent and resolve problems during operation and to keep producing effluent that meets discharge standards. We will:
